My goal is to provide every client with a professional, comfortable, and enjoyable experience while creating a set you’ll absolutely love. I take pride in my work and the time I dedicate to each appointment. Please read all booking policies carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the policies below. 📌 BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY ▫️ A $25 deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes toward your total service cost. ▫️ Card payments are accepted; however, a 3% convenience fee will apply. ▫️ Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If your deposit is not received, your appointment may be cancelled. ▫️ All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please make sure you are available for your selected date and time before booking. ▫️ A valid card on file is required when booking. Your card may be charged according to the cancellation, no-show, or other applicable policies below. ⏰ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive and be seated at your appointment time. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and arriving late can affect both your service and my schedule. ▫️ 5 minutes late: A $10 late fee will be added to your service. ▫️ 10 minutes late: Your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. ▫️ If you arrive within the late-arrival grace period, I may be able to accommodate your appointment depending on my schedule and the amount of time remaining. ▫️ Arriving within the grace period does not guarantee that I will be able to complete your service. If there is not enough time remaining, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. ▫️ If your appointment can still be accommodated, your service may need to be modified to fit the remaining appointment time. ▫️ Any rescheduling due to a late arrival will be subject to the applicable cancellation and rescheduling policies. Please do not arrive late and expect your full appointment time to be extended. ⸻ 🚨 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY ▫️ Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your $25 deposit being forfeited. ▫️ No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file. ▫️ Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in being required to prepay the full service cost or being unable to book future appointments. ▫️ If you need to make a change to your appointment, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Last-minute changes affect my schedule and prevent me from offering that appointment time to another client. ▫️ If you are unable to be serviced because of a late arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled only if availability allows. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, and the original deposit and applicable fees may still apply. ⸻ 💅🏽 BOOKING THE CORRECT SERVICE Please read service descriptions carefully and book enough time for the service you are requesting. ▫️ If you are unsure what to book, please DM me BEFORE booking so I can help you select the correct service. ▫️ If you are unsure about the amount of nail art needed, please book a Freestyle Set with the appropriate number of designs and select your desired nail length. ▫️ If you are booking a full set and currently have enhancements from another nail technician, you must book a soak-off if removal is needed. ▫️ Fill-ins on work I did NOT originally install are charged as a full set. Please book a full set with a soak-off when necessary. ▫️ If you book the wrong service or insufficient time is reserved, I may not be able to complete the requested service. Please ask before booking rather than assuming I can make adjustments during your appointment. ⸻ 🔄 4+ WEEK GROWTH / REBALANCE POLICY ▫️ After 4 weeks of growth, an additional rebalance fee will apply. ▫️ This is because significantly grown-out enhancements require additional time and product to properly rebalance, restructure, and restore the nails. ▫️ Depending on the condition of the existing set, a full removal and new set may be recommended. ⸻ 🚫 REMOVAL POLICY ▫️ I DO NOT POP, RIP, OR FORCE NAIL ENHANCEMENTS OFF. ▫️ Proper removal methods are used to protect the natural nail. ▫️ If you need an existing set removed, please book the appropriate soak-off service. ⸻ 🛠️ REPAIR POLICY ▫️ Complimentary repairs are available within 2 days of your original service when the issue is related to the application. ▫️ The issue must be brought to my attention within the 2-day repair period. ▫️ Repairs caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, picking, biting, hitting, lifting, or intentionally breaking the nail are not complimentary and will be charged accordingly. ▫️ After the 2-day repair period, all repairs are subject to the applicable repair fee. Please contact me as soon as you notice an issue rather than waiting until your next appointment. ⸻ 🦶🏽 FEET SERVICES ▫️ NO PEDICURES ARE OFFERED. ▫️ For any foot-related service, please arrive with clean feet. ▫️ I recommend having a professional pedicure prior to your appointment if your feet require extensive cleaning or preparation. ▫️ I DO NOT WORK OVER FUNGUS, OPEN WOUNDS, ACTIVE INFECTIONS, OR CONDITIONS THAT MAY REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. ▫️ If I determine that your feet cannot safely be serviced, the service may be declined. ⸻ 👥 GUEST POLICY Due to limited space in the suite: ▫️ NO EXTRA GUESTS are permitted unless they are also receiving a service. ▫️ Please do not bring children, friends, partners, or additional guests to wait during your appointment. ▫️ This policy helps maintain a comfortable, clean, and professional environment for everyone. ⸻ 💰 PAYMENT POLICY ▫️ Cash is preferred. ▫️ Other payment methods are available. ▫️ A 3% convenience fee applies to card payments. ▫️ Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. ⸻ ⭐ VIP APPOINTMENTS Need an appointment outside of regular availability? VIP Hours: ▫️ 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM ▫️ Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on availability) ▫️ A $50 VIP fee will be added to your service. ▫️ VIP appointments must be requested and approved then I will book it. Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows, same day reschedule or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand life happens sometimes! After 2 no-call no-shows you will be permanently blocked from booking.
